They are designed to empower your People with the knowledge of their innate strengths, while presenting real-world stories, data, scenarios, and activities that build long-term confidence. Participants find the information immediately actionable, both at work and at home.
Packages
Cusomized packages can be co-created for your needs
People
- Includes an initial assessment for each team member
- A customized 2 hr workshop to fully introduce the concepts of strengths-based leadership, how strengths and values are formed, provide and discuss assessment results, and give examples of how team dynamics are affected
- Twenty copies of The Power of P, introducing how the People-Service-Profit mindset can lead to better overall health and well-being
- Cost: $1,500 + $25 per assessment. *May include additional costs for materials, travel expenses if applicable
Service
- Includes an initial assessment for each team member
- A series of two 2 hr workshops within 60 days. One from the People Package. Plus an additional 2 hr follow-up workshop that includes a mini series reviewing previously learned material, followed by the latest research on behavioral change
- Twenty copies of The Power of P, introducing how the People-Service-Profit mindset can lead to better overall health and well-being
- Twelve 1 hr coaching sessions to be used as agreed upon by GET and Client, and to be used within six months
- Two client meetings to identify opportunities for refinement and ensure sustained alignment over six months
- Cost: $3,000 + $25 per assessment. *May include additional costs for materials, travel expenses if applicable
Profit
- Includes an initial assessment for each team member
