I believe leadership isn’t just for those with titles because when you empower People with training, tools, and room to grow, they will become leaders (with or without titles) who create more meaningful contributions in Service to themselves and others, where everyone Profits!
These beliefs shaped me early in life, and now, my business is built on them. I teach a holistic approach that values your well-being and supports sustainable growth both at work and at home. It’s a win-win for everyone.
A bit of History
I got my start in corporate training at FedEx, where I soon found myself immersed in the fast-paced world of call center operations, data analytics, forecasting, workforce management, and technology integration. From ACDs and IVRs to performance dashboards and call monitoring systems, I was fascinated by the challenge of making systems and people work together in the most effective, efficient ways.
In the height of the telecom era, I worked in both call center operations and the building of new call centers. The fast-paced world of making systems work better, smarter, and more efficiently was exciting and energizing. Training and operations were where I thrived and found my strengths.
The dot-com era immediately followed, and now we’re in the AI era. I’ve seen each of these eras introduce exponential, advancing technologies that change how we work, but they don’t change who we are at our core.
