Genius Empowered Teams believes in harnessing the innate abilities of People to drive success. Our approach is to use the model of the 6 Types of Working Genius, based on a best-selling book by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group.

As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, Lisa has successfully participated in hands-on training with the Table Group team and is equipped with the tools and resources to help leaders leverage the Working Genius model with individuals, teams, and organizations.  Whether it be one-on-one sessions, workshops, retreats, or a variety of these, Lisa will work with you to design what’s best for you.

The Working Genius model breaks down every project, whether it involves orchestrating a massive IT implementation or conceptualizing and completing a new addition for your home or business, into 6 distinct “Genius” steps.

A $25/pp assessment is incorporated into the program, which helps to highlight the specific phases within a project that ignite life and exuberance in your People as well as specific phases in a process that may deplete energy and precipitate burnout. Delving into each Genius also sheds light on how judgment, guilt, and so much more can independently play a role in affecting a team’s morale and have a significant influence on productivity. This training is invaluable for optimal relationships and can be applied to any type of work.
